Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic conference system for exchanging opinions with plural users through a network wherein classification and cross-post of a registered opinion are considered.
SOLUTION: Information specific to each conference room is preliminarily set in a conference room information management table 7. Plural opinion keywords for classifying a new option from prescribed points of view are preliminarily set in an opinion keyword management table 8. Opinion information specific to each registered opinion is set in an opinion information management table 9. Other conference rooms for disclosing each registered opinion to the public are set in a cross-post management table 10. A conference room definition processing part 1 defines information set in the conference room information management table 7 and the option keyword management table 8 according to a management instruction operation applied from an expediting manager. A conference room expedition processing part 12 expedites option exchange in the conference room according to an expedition instruction operation applied from a general user.
