PURPOSE: To control to drive a sel-motor through electric wave by triggering a sel-motor control means through timing pulse generated at ON of a sel-switch, receiving an electric wave containing a specific code signal, and outputting a driving signal to drive a sel-motor relay.
CONSTITUTION: When a sel-switch 25 is ON, a wireless signal containing a specific code signal is sent from a card type wireless transmitter 50 by a wireless signal from a receiver 51, and it is received with the receiver 51 and communication is performed. The signal received by the receiver 51 is compared with the code signal stored in a memory circuit 53 by a comparison circuit 52, and when they are conformed to each other, a solenoid 44 is actuated through a timer 54. Because the timer 54 generates output of a prescribed time, the solenoid 44 is also energizated for a prescribed time, and because a locking member 15 is moved from a locking position to obstruct rotation of an outside rotor member 21 to a non-locking position, a knob 13 is rotated facing to ON position and the engine of a motorcycle can be started.
