Abstract:
To detect abnormalities in a drive circuit of an electrical load before a vehicle starts normal running, and to detect a type of abnormalities in the drive circuit and faulty components.SOLUTION: In a vehicle system 100, a control device 102 of an electronic control device 101 for a vehicle has a first non-driving diagnosis function of diagnosing a drive circuit 110 for driving an electric load based on a measured voltage (diagnostic status signal) measured between an electric load 109 and a ground breaking circuit 106, by switching a connection state and a disconnection state of a ground side energizing path by instructing the ground breaking circuit 106, after setting a power supply side energizing path to a disconnection state by a power supply disconnection circuit 104 and detects a type of abnormality occurring in the drive circuit 110 and a faulty component from a diagnosis result of the first non-driving diagnosis function.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
