To enable a user to set a condition to charge a battery.SOLUTION: In an electronic control device which is installed in a vehicle which comprises a motor which drives the vehicle with the electronic control device, the battery which supplies electric power to the motor, a generator which performs charging of the battery and an engine which drives the generator, there is provided a control unit configured so that a user is capable of setting such a condition as to charge the battery by activating the engine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
