To provide an electronic control valve drive circuit that is not affected by a counter-electromotive current flowing when a solenoid is off and a temperature change in an electromagnetic coil.
A detection resistor 9 composing a current detection section is connected to a capacity control valve 1 in series. A protection diode 2 is connected to the series circuit in parallel. A transistor 8 is connected to it in series. In the transistor 8, a PWM transducer 6 performs the on/off drive of the capacity control valve 1 by a signal generated from the output signals of a duty ratio/voltage conversion circuit 3 and a triangular wave oscillation circuit 5. The detection resistor 9 detects a pulse current flowing when the solenoid is on/off and a pulse current reflecting a change in coil resistance by the temperature change, and smoothing is made by a smoothing circuit composed of an operational amplifier 4 and a capacitor C1 for correcting the output signal of the duty ratio/voltage conversion circuit 3, thus accurately controlling the capacity control valve 1 without being affected by the counter-electromotive current and the temperature change.
