Abstract:
To provide an electronic device used for an artificial neuron network.SOLUTION: An electronic device has a first circuit 10[i,m], a second circuit 11[i] and first to sixth wirings. The first circuit 10 has a first transistor M1, a second transistor M2 and a capacitive element C1. The second circuit 11 has a third transistor M3. In the first transistor M1, a gate, a first terminal and a second terminal are electrically connected to the first wiring WW[i], the second wiring WB[m] and a gate of the second transistor M2, respectively. The capacitive element C1 makes the third wiring DL[i] capacitively couple the gate of the second transistor M2. In the second transistor M2, the first terminal and the second terminal are electrically connected to the fourth wiring RB[m] and the sixth wiring VNN, respectively. In the third transistor M3, a gate, the first terminal and the second terminal are electrically connected to the third wiring DL[i], the fifth wiring RD and the sixth wiring VNN, respectively.
