To provide an electronic apparatus, a method for controlling an electronic apparatus, and a program that can improve the accuracy of detecting a target.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus comprises: a transmission antenna that transmits a transmission wave; a reception antenna that receives a reflected wave being the reflected transmission wave; and a signal processing unit that detects an object based on a transmission signal transmitted as the transmission wave and a reception signal received as the reflected wave. The signal processing unit outputs information on a point group indicating the position of an object that is determined to be a stationary object, and outputs information on the point group of the stationary object that includes a larger number of points as the speed of the electronic apparatus becomes slower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
