Abstract:
To suppress deterioration of substrates.SOLUTION: An electronic device comprises: a first substrate which has a support substrate and a substrate directly or indirectly bonded onto the support substrate; a first metal layer which is provided in a region, on the support substrate, not provided with the substrate, and which comes into contact with a lateral surface of the substrate; a buffer layer which is provided on the first metal layer and has a Young's modulus lower than that of the first metal layer; a second metal layer provided on the buffer layer; a second substrate provided on the substrate via a gap; a connection layer which connects the second substrate to the second metal layer, and which overlaps the first metal layer and the buffer layer in plan view; and a functional part provided at least either on the substrate or under the second substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
