Abstract:
To provide an electronic device for estimating a driving state of a driver without using an in-vehicle camera and a biological sensor, so as to awaken a driver in accordance with an estimation result.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device 100 includes: an own vehicle position detection unit 120 for detecting an own vehicle position; a navigation unit 130; a driving state estimation unit for estimating whether a driver is in an awakening requiring state by using an own vehicle position, map data, and at least one of vehicle information and road traffic information; an awakening unit 200 for awakening a driver; and an awakening control unit for controlling an operation of the awakening unit 200 when an awakening requiring state is estimated by the driving state estimation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
