Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope which is free from damage even after frequently subjected to autoclave treatment under specified conditions by enabling autoclave treatment completely while being applicable in a medical field.
SOLUTION: This electronic endoscope has a semiconductor image sensor (CCD chip) for receiving an image received by an objective lens and an electronic circuit and contains a shaft having a distal end and a proximal end thereof. The objective lens and the CCD chip are arranged at the far end, the near end is held in a housing which holds the shaft while surrounding a glass fiber optical connection part. In this electronic endoscope, component parts of a CCD chip unit 20 arranged behind the objective lens 16, namely, a crystal filter 23, an IR cut off filter 22 and the CCD chip 21 are arranged to be separated from one another.
