To perform authentication based on communication continuity of control command information, and to prevent authentication information to be used for the authentication from being analyzed by using an existing configuration and minimizing an increase in processing load of a main control part.
The main control part computes a command value of control command information and a random number value by a predetermined computation method, and extracts one individual identification value corresponding to the computation result from three or more kinds of individual identification values. The main control part adds the extracted individual identification value to history data by an addition method, and generates authentication information to be transmitted to a peripheral part. In the peripheral part, the main control part identifies an individual identification value to be extracted from not less than three kinds of individual identification values, on the basis of the command value of the received control command information, and authentication history data are extracted from authentication information on the basis of an expectation value coinciding with the individual identification value, and an addition method same as that of the main control part. The peripheral part authenticates the main control part on a determination result as to whether the extracted authentication history data matches peripheral side history data.
