To prolong a durable period of electronic equipment by improving a connection life of an electronic component to a conductor wiring of a substrate and by improving corrosion resistance of the conductor wiring to corrosive gas in the electronic equipment used under environment in an engine room.

The electronic equipment installed in an engine room has a circuit substrate 11, an electronic component 9 which is disposed in the circuit substrate 11 and functions when electricity is applied from the circuit substrate, a case 3 that accommodates the circuit substrate 11 on which the electronic component 9 is disposed and a cover 6 that covers an opening surface of the case 3. The entire surface of a conductor pattern 14 formed of a conductor member on the surface of the circuit substrate 11 is covered with a metallic film 17 made of a metal other than the metal of the conductor member having a property of mutual diffusion with a solder material, and the metallic film 17 is further covered with a protective insulating film 13.
