To realize a hand-finger operation mechanism for a belt capable of completely dispensing with the complex operation, such as the rotating operation for dialing, and to arbitrarily select and operate plural kinds of indication and input simultaneously or independently by the simple hand and finger operation, such as pressing operation.

A belt operation inputting part 10 is composed of a belt 11 hung over a pair of rollers 12a, 12b, a belt auxiliary member 13 for supporting the rollers 12a, 12b, a pivot shaft 14 for supporting the belt auxiliary member 13 in such manner that both end parts of the belt auxiliary member 13 is turnable in the vertical direction on a central part in the hanging direction of the belt 11, a first disc 21 with slit and a detecting part 23, for detecting the sliding of the belt 11, and a second disc 22 with slit and a detecting parts 24, 25 for detecting inclination by pressing of the belt 11.
