PURPOSE: To suppress an unnecessary radiation noise generated from a cable between electric circuits by cylindrically forming a clamping member for clamping between the circuits, and forming the surface with a conductor.

CONSTITUTION: A clamping member 4 is formed on its surface of a conductor, and cylindrically formed. A cable 3 is covered with the member 4. When an object is imaged, a control signal is output from an image process of a body B to an image input circuit of an image input unit A through the cable 3. In this case, if the energy of the signal passing through the cable 3 is large, an unnecessary radiation noise which cannot be suppressed by the cable 3 using a normal shielded wire, etc., is leaked from the cable 3, but since the cable 3 is enclosed with the clamping member 4 using the conductor, the leaked noise is thereby absorbed.
