PURPOSE: To decrease the number of parts and to improve the external appearance quality of an electronic equipment by preventing such defects like the disconnection, etc., from occurring at a key sheet which secures the electric connection between the electronic equipment main body and a cover which can be freely opened and closed to the electronic equipment.

CONSTITUTION: A cover 20 is connected to an electronic equipment main body 10 via the pins 30 in a freely opening/closing way. A hinge shaft 60 is supported between both pins 30 by the support shafts 12 and 22 protruded from the main body 10 and the cover 20 respectively. In such a constitution, the shaft 60 is turned at a prescribed angle by the opening/closing actions of the cover 20. Then a sheet 40 is moved by the guiding function of the shaft 60 in accordance with the opening/closing actions of the cover 20.
