Title:
ELECTRONIC KEYBOARD MUSICAL INSTRUMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3651297
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To illuminate a key with nearly uniform luminance corresponding to its depression state while keeping the illuminance of the key by a light emitting element nearly constant even when the key is made nearer to the light emitting element or away from the light emitting element by detecting the depression state of the key and controlling the luminance of the light emitting element corresponding to the key depressed based on the detection signal.
SOLUTION: The depression state of a key 2 is detected by 1st and 2nd switches SW1 and SW2 of a detection part and a CPU controls the voltage applied to the light emitting diode 28 corresponding to the depressed key 2 according to the detection signal to control the luminance of the light emitting diode 28. Consequently, the illuminance of the key 2 by the light emitting diode 28 can be kept nearly constant irrelevantly to whether the key 2 is pressed to come close to the light emitting diode 28 or released to move away from the light emitting diode. In this case, a rubber switch 4 which detects the depression speed of the depressed key 2 is used as the detection part 33 and the switch signal of the rubber switch 4 is used in common to control the luminosity of the light emitting diode 28.
