The electronic lock with the storage box has an electronic lock body 1 with a lock mechanism 3 and a remote control device 2 operating the electronic lock body 1. A transmission means 4 and an input means 5 to which information regarding a reason unlocking the lock mechanism 3 is inputted are mounted on the remote control device 2. A reception section 6, an unlocking reason information storage section 9 as a memory in which the information regarding the reason is stored, and a control means 8 reading contents of the memory and outputting them to the outside are secured to the electronic lock body 1.
