The device is equipped with multiple kinds of numeral generating means which sequentially update and generate numerals in specific areas in specific cycles, a generated numeral selecting means 3 which switches a numeral generating means currently in use to another numeral generating means, at least one kind of storage means 4 which is stored with the numerals in the specific areas and evaluations corresponding to the numerals, a sampling means 6 which selects one numeral out of numerals generated by the numeral generating means selected by the selecting means 3, and a display means 7 which reads the evaluation corresponding to the numeral selected by the sampling means 6 out of at least one storage means 4 and displays it.
