Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user more attached to an electronic pet by changing the contents of electronic mail based on the state parameter of the electronic pet.
SOLUTION: State parameters of the electronic pet under breeding at present are stored in a state parameter storage part 58 and a mail preparing part 44 limits the conversion of a sentence inputted by the user to a sentence mixed with KANJI by a KANA/KANJI converting part 46 based on the state parameters (the age of the electronic pet, for example). Besides, transmitting mail prepared by the mail preparing part 44 is temporarily stored in a mail storage part 54 and contents are converted by a mail contents converting part 52 corresponding to the kind of the electronic pet and the state parameters (the age of the electronic pet, for example). Then, the electronic mail with contents reflecting the state of the electronic pet is transmitted.
