Abstract:

To provide an electronic mail transmission program of high safety with a less burden on a transmitting person without impairing flexibility of electronic mail.

A transmission address of electronic mail, mail contents (such as a keyword included in the text or the presence of an attached file) and safety during transmission are analyzed and evaluated on the electronic mail transmitted from a mailer, by a secure proxy provided between the mailer and a mail server, and the evaluated result is output to a terminal in which the mailer is installed. Based on a response from the terminal, transmission propriety and encription necessity are determined, and mail transmitted from the mailer is relayed to the mail server.
