To provide an electronic mail retransmission method, an electronic mail retransmission program and an electronic mail terminal device, which extract the mail address from the received mail when the mail transmission fails by transmitting a mail with an improper mail address, display a list of the mail addresses that are candidates in retransmission, select the mail address, and retransmit the mail.

When transmitting the mail with the improper mail address, transmission failure information is sent from a network 1, and a transmission/reception part 2 receives the information. The mail address candidate list of the retransmission mail is displayed on a display part 5 from a keyword related to the mail address of the other person to be transmitted to, stored in a RAM 8, the mail address is selected by an operation part 6, and the retransmission is executed.
