PURPOSE: To provide a system which executes financial transactions through facsimile equipment and with which a transaction slip prepared for customer can be completed by at least one party concerned of the transactions.

CONSTITUTION: A payer 20 sends the image of a completed slip to the facsimile equipment 34 of a central facility 36 from his facsimile equipment 30. The character reader 35 of the facility 36 reads the incoming data and a bank automatic bill clearing house 28 approves the requested transactions based on the false random number-alphanumeric character set of the characters on the slip when the false random numberalphanumeric character set of the characters on the account record of the payer 20 is confirmed by comparison with a list. The used alphanumeric character set is eliminated from the list of the account data so as to allow one time use of the slip. A credit slip is sent to the facsimile equipment 32 on a payee 26 side from the central facility 36. The slip contains the false random number-alphanumeric character set of the characters selected from the second list of the characters related to the account information of the payee at the facility 36.
