Abstract:

To provide an electronic money issuing system capable of preventing illegal use of electronic money by a third party to the utmost.

This electronic money issuing system has: a panel computer 50 and a bank ASP having a wireless LAN antenna 51, a store entering detection post 53 and a store leaving detection post 54 for detecting entering into and leaving from a store, and a customer information table for storing a balance associatively to a user ID, acquiring the user ID from a portable panel terminal 100 for detecting the store entering, specifying the balance, and executing a bill issuing process for issuing a bill ID of a prescribed amount of the balance or less; and the portable panel terminal 100 having a CPU, a sheet display, a cash box data area storing the user ID, a wireless LAN module, and a battery, usably storing the issued bill ID, and erasing the stored bill ID subject to the detection of the leaving from the store.
