In the case of sending E money, an amount (p) to be send is found out (2101, 2201) by both of sending and receiving devices, the sending side device 1100 finds out (2102) a rent (x) to be borne by the transmitting side and an amount (y) to be stored in a rent storing part 1132 and pays out (2103) the sum of (p) and (x) from an E money storing area 1131. The sum is divided (2104) into a sending side storing amount (y) and the remainder (p+x-y), the amount (y) is stored (2105) in the storing area 1132 and the remainder (p+x-y) is sent (2106) to the receiving side. A receiving side device 1200 finds out a rent (z) to be borne by the receiving side and an amount (u) to be stored in the storing part 1132, receives (2203) the amount (p+x-y), divides (2204) the amount (p+x-y) into the amount (u) and an amount (p-z), stores (2206) the receiving side storing amount (u) in the area 1232 and stores (2205) the remaining E money (p-z) in an E money storing area 1231.
