The electronic money system 1 comprises an electronic money generating means 2 which generates the electronic money whose use is limited by a plurality of different use limits, an electronic money storage means 4 which stores one or more kinds of electronic money generated by the electronic money generating means 2 so that they are set to the use limits, an electronic money limiting means 6 which sets the fixed limits to the use of the electronic money stored in the electronic money storage means 4, an electronic money judging means 5 which judges whether the electronic money can be used, and a sharing means 3 that the electronic money judging means 5 and electronic money generating means share.
