PURPOSE: To produce ice creams or ice by simultaneously using a cold storage device and a vessel in which automatic agitation is performed by a blade wheel by the use of a rotary shaft in the electronic oven housing.

CONSTITUTION: A turn table 9 is removed to use a vessel 43. In the case where ice creams are made, in a condition to agitate cooking materials such as cream, milk, an egg and sugar they are put in the vessel 43. A rotary shaft 8 and a shaft part 22 of an agitating blade wheel 42 projected from the vessel 43 are engaged with each other to set. A cooking operation button is pushed to start a cold storage mechanism part 15. A fluorocarbon gas cooled in a system passage of the cold storage mechanism part 15 is heat-exchanged with cold air returned through a cold air return opening 23 and a cold air passage 29 from the inside of the storage 11 in a part of an evaporator 21. Thereby even more cooled cold is sent in the storage 11 from a cold air sending inlet 22 to circulate successively so as to cool. The cooling materials in the vessel 43 are cooled to make the ice creams.
