Title:
ELECTRONIC PART FEED-OUT DETECTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS63282038
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To facilitate the detection of a lack of an electronic part and feed-out thereof with the use of only one device by providing such an arrangement that when taped electronic parts held by a holding unit are intermittently fed, the rotation of a lever journalled to the unit is detected.

CONSTITUTION: Taped electronic parts 1 are loaded with their lead wires 2 to a holding unit 9 at predetermined intervals, and are intermittently fed into a transfer device 14. An L-like lever 10 is provided to the holding unit 9 so as to be rotatable about a pin 13, and is urged in the direction of the arrow by means of a spring 11. The short side of the lever 10 is rotated in the direction opposite to the arrow, overcoming the spring 11, and is returned to the original position in association with the intermittent feed of the electronic parts 1 so that a photosensor 12 is turned on and off by means of the long side of the lever 10. If an electronic part is lost so as to fall in a tooth lack condition, the lever 10 is rotated in the direction of the arrow so as to leave the photosensor 12 to be turned on. Thereby it is possible to easily detect a lack of an electronic part and the feed of electronic part with the use of only one sensor device.
