Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an electronic part mounted stably on a board in a step, in which gas ventilation and flux cleaning are carried out easily after soldering, by inserting a tooth-shaped insulating plate with a groove into a lead wire from the side thereof without using a specially molded expensive sealing material.
CONSTITUTION: In an electronic part 20, an insulating plate 22 with a groove 22a is inserted into the lead 23 from the side of the lead 23 so that a lead 23 in an electrolytic capacitor 21 is supported by the V- or wedge-shaped groove 22a in the insulating plate 22. Then the electronic part 20 with the lead 23 is manufactured at low cost in a simple step. When the electronic part 20 is mounted on a board, gas generated at soldering is discharged through the groove 22a, and reliability in soldering is ensured. In addition, cleaning after the soldering can be carried out completely.
