Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic parts aligning and supplying device capable of conveying and separating electronic parts stably by making a pneumatic pressure act on the electronic parts and applying treatment on individual electronic parts during stable conveyance.
SOLUTION: The electronic parts aligning and supplying device 1 is provided with a conveyance passage 11 for aligning and conveying electronic parts and a pneumatic conveyance means for generating a flow of air from an upstream side to a downstream side in the conveyance passage 11 to move the electronic parts by the flow of air to align and covey the electronic parts and separate the aligned and conveyed electronic parts so as to supply them to a next process. The conveyance passage 11 is formed by a bottom face and right and left side faces and is provided with a cover 6 provided above the conveyance passage 11 to form a flow passage of air together with the bottom face and the right and left side faces. Furthermore, the pneumatic conveyance means has a plurality of exhaust ports 9e, etc., for exhausting air toward the downstream side of the conveyance passage 11, and the exhaust ports 9e, etc., are alternately provided on the right and left sides in the direction of width of the conveyance passage 11.
