The two wall faces 13A and 13C which face each other among the three wall faces 13A-13C in a lead storage part 13 are connected to a body storage part 12. In the wall faces 13A and 13C, the upper parts as the first areas incline and face each other so that they become narrow toward the lower parts as the second areas, and the lower parts face each other in parallel to the base. The opening interval of the upper parts of the wall faces 13A and 13C is set to be wide by considering the lead width of a chip-type diode and the positioning precision of the loading device of the chip-type diode. The interval of the lower parts of the wall faces 13A and 13C is set to a degree that a clearance with a lead is almost eliminated.
