The piece of private information of the owner obtained through a sensor part 14 is stored in the memory 12 as well with the data relating to a privacy rank being added. When the individual data is output, the piece of the private information is eliminated or obscured by an information filter 19 according to the privacy rank, preventing the piece of the private information of the owner from leaking out to others. When the individual data are handled through a telecommunication network 30, the piece of the private information is processed by a server 32 as well.
