Abstract:
PURPOSE:To maintain variably high scaling accuracy by forming a moisture- proof film around a coil formed by winding a conductor with an insulating coating and preventing a coil part from varying in weight. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 13 is wound with the conductor 20 which has the insulating coating 21 made of a high polymer material, etc., in layers to form the electromagnetic coil 12, and the bobbin 13 and coil 12 are united. This coil 12 is coated with metallic foil 22 such as aluminum foil so that the coil 12 is covered completely. The upper end edge and lower end edge of the metallic foil 22 are positioned covering upper and lower flange parts 13a and 13b of the bobbin 13, and consequently the coil 12 and bobbin 13 are covered entirely with one sheet of metallic foil. The metallic foil 22 is only provided covering the whole coil 12 and part of the bobbin 13 to obtain complete damp resistance. Therefore, the weight is prevented from varying owing to moisture absorption.
