Abstract:
To provide an electronic settlement system which encourages consumers to purchase commodities even before the salary is actually paid when the salary is scheduled to be paid.SOLUTION: Based on on-duty information (2) provided from an administrator terminal 12 managed by a salary payer, a loanable amount (6) to a user who is a labor provider is set. The loanable amount (6) is displayed on a user terminal (14-1). An offer (7) for a loan amount that is equal to or less than the loanable amount is accepted from the user terminal (14-1).
