Abstract:
PURPOSE:To optimize the utilizing efficiency of a memory and quantity of information contained in one picture by compressing a picture data read from a memory, deleting original picture and writing the compressed picture data into the memory. CONSTITUTION:A desired picture data is read from the picture data recorded in a memory 15, compressed by a compression circuit 16, the original picture is deleted from the memory 15 and the compressed picture data is written in the memory 15 and the data quantity of the picture data recorded once is reduced and rerecorded again. Thus, it is not required to record the picture data with compression in advance and after the pickup of the specified number of sheets, the recording capacity required for the recording of the picture data is ensured through the compression of the picture data.
