PURPOSE: To operate an electronic throttle control device to carry out feedback control on throttle opening in response precisely to accelerator operation even when the throttle opening is unclear.

CONSTITUTION: An objective opening of a throttle valve is calculated by a target opening setting means 2 from an accelerator operating piece position detected by an accelerator position detecting means 1. A throttle valve driving means 7 is controlled by using the second control means 6 to carry out operation on a control signal from a driving electric power supply value stored in a storage means 6 preset in response to opening of the throttle valve instead of the first control means 5 to carry out operation on a control signal by using throttle opening by a throttle opening detecting means 4 until a reference position of the throttle valve is detected by a reference position detecting means 3. Thereby, even when control by the throttle opening is impossible, throttle control is carried out in response precisely to accelerator operation of a driver.
