PURPOSE: To provide a timepiece which indicates time in an amusing way with the changing motions of second hands by alternately driving a plurality of second hands following the indication of a signal distributing circuit, and rotating a plurality of hands by one turn in one minute.

CONSTITUTION: Two second hands are put in various motions between 0 and 60 minutes in such a way that the first second hand 4 is rotated once in three seconds by 18 degrees and a second second hand 5 twice in three seconds by 8 degrees and that they come to the same position when indicating the zero second. For example, the second hands 4,5 are alternately rotated every second by 12 degrees each in the same direction. This means that the second hands 4, 5 meet and separate from each other every second. Alternatively, the first second hand 4 and the second second hand 5 are alternately rotated every second by 12 degrees each in opposite directions. Various motions are made possible by setting a signal counting circuit and by setting first and second deceleration wheel lines 15 so, that the first second hand 4 is rotated once in four seconds by 24 degrees and the second hand 5 three times in four seconds by 8 degrees.
