Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make the attenuation adjustment interval of an electronic variable resistor narrow by connecting a 1st resistor in series with the electronic variable resistor and connecting a 2nd resistor in parallel with the series circuit.
CONSTITUTION: The 1st resistor 1 is connected in series with the output of the electronic variable resistor 10 controlled digitally and the 2nd resistor 2 is connected in parallel between the input (b) of the resistor 10 and the output (c) of the resistor 1. In adopting the connection method in such a way, the rate of increase in resistance is suppressed and the attenuation adjusting interval of the resistor 10 is decreased, that is, made narrow.
