Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic voting device, which can deal with both usage patterns of stand-alone type and network type, can enhance convenience for users, and can reduce the cost of introduction for the user and the development cost for a supplier, and to provide an electronic voting system using the device.
SOLUTION: A selection means 13 of the electronic voting device 10, when a stand-alone mode is selected, transmits increment data generated by voting entry to a memory part 15; and when a network mode is selected, it sends out data to a communication means 14. The communication means 14 transmits the incremented data via a network 30.
