Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor voting irregularities without previous arrangement such as arranging a warning means such as a lamp in the vicinity of a voting manager in an electronic voting terminal.
SOLUTION: When an unauthorized voting card 23 (for example, used voting card) is inserted into a voting card insertion port 12, an irregularity processing part 141 inputs information indicating a predetermined portable terminal (for example, a cellular phone, a PHS, etc. carried by the voting manager, etc. at a polling station where an electronic voting terminal is installed) as an informing destination and inputs an irregularity detection message that the voting irregularities are performed to a remote communication part 22. The remote communication part 22 transmits the input irregularity detection message to the inputted informing destination. Thus, the irregularity detection message is displayed on a portable terminal, etc carried by the voting manager, etc. at the polling station and the voting manager, etc. can recognize that the voting irregularities are performed.
