The electrooptical apparatus includes: a pixel region (10a) composed of a plurality of pixels on a substrate (10); an image signal output means (101) having an output circuit (523) for outputting image signals to the pixel region; a phase difference correction means (200) for correcting a phase difference between a clock signal (CLX) for synchronizing timing outputting the image signals and an inverse clock signal (CLXB) for inverting the phase of the clock signal in the image signal output means; first power source potential supply means (401, 402) for supplying power source potential to the output circuit; and second power source potential supply means (403, 404) for supplying power source potential to the phase difference correction means.
