To suppress warpage of an electrooptical device due to change in temperature.
This electrooptical device 10A comprises a light emitting panel 20, a convergence lens array 60, and a light transmissive spacer 70 which is bonded to the light emitting panel 20 and the convergence lens array 60 to be nipped by them. The light emitting panel 20 has a plurality of EL elements 21 and an element substrate 22 for allowing the light advancing from each of the EL elements 21 to pass therethrough. The convergence lens array 60 comprises a lens array body 61 having a plurality of refractive index distribution type lenses 62 arranged in one direction, and a pair of lens array side bodies 64, 65 nipping the lens array body 61, each of the refractive index distribution type lenses 62 being able to allow the light advancing from the element substrate 22 to pass therethrough and to focus an upright image corresponding to an image on the light emitting panel 20. Each of the spacer 70, the lens array side body 64 and the lens array side body 65 is a part of a common member 30.
