Abstract:
To provide an electrooptical device easy to be downsized regarding the electrooptical device or the like provided with a self light emitting element.
The electrooptical device 10 is provided with a transparent substrate 12, a plurality of OLED elements 14 formed on the substrate 12, a sealing body 24 mounted on the substrate 12 so as to seal the OLED elements 14 in collaboration with the substrate 12, and a driver IC, that is, a circuit element 28 arranged to be superposed over the sealing body 24 for driving the OLED elements 14. Because the circuit element 28 is superposed over the sealing body 24, it is possible that the area of the substrate in which the OLED elements 14 are formed can be made smaller.
