Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophoresis apparatus, which achieves higher analysis processing capacity by enabling replenishing of a gel during continuous analysis.
SOLUTION: A syringe 14 for injection which injects a gel 10 into a capillary 111 and a replenishing syringe 14 which replenishes the syringe 14 for injection with the gel 10 are mounted on a block 17. A check valve 16 is inserted between both the syringes and works, to check the reversion of the gel 10 into the replenishing syringe 15. As a result, the automatic replenishment of the gel 10 is possible, thereby achieving a higher processing capacity for the electrophoresis apparatus.
