Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a groove having width tapered in a depth direction to gel by simple procedures and with high yield.SOLUTION: A gel preparation cassette 100 is formed by overlapping: a lower plate 130; an intermediate plate 120; and an upper 110. The intermediate plate 120 is provided with: a center surface 125; bank parts 124a, 124b provided on both sides of the center surface 125; hole parts 126 provided at the bank parts 124a, 124b; and a long hole 121 provided near one end of the intermediate plate 120 on the center surface 125. The upper plate 110 is provided with: a flange part 116 provided on one end; a salient 115 projecting from a principal plane 112 overlapping the center plate 120 and provided near the flange part 116; and a projection 117 projecting from the principal plane 112 and provided on both side surface sides. When the upper plate 110 is overlapped with the intermediate plate 120, the salient 115 engages into the long hole 121. A tip part 115p of the salient 115 projects in a gap 140 for gel from the long hole 121.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
