Abstract:
To reduce a change in image density in repeated printing.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor includes: a charge transport material; a polycarbonate resin having a structural unit indicated by a formula (1) or a polyester resin having a structural unit indicated by a formula (2); and a surface layer containing a styrene-(meth)acrylate resin, the polycarbonate resin, or the polyester resin each having a siloxane moiety. A toner has a non-crystalline polyester resin, the crystalline polyester resin, and a toner particle containing an inorganic fine particle, and the inorganic fine particle fixed by surface treatment with hot air is present on a surface of the toner particle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
