Abstract:
To provide a stacker part paper jam detecting mechanism for stably detecting paper jam in a stacker part independently of a variety of paper widths.
A plurality of types of stacker part paper jam detecting sensors 3, 4 are arranged at different angles to the printing faces of printing paper sheets 1a, 1b. One of the stacker part paper jam detecting sensors 3, 4 is selected depending on the paper widths of the printing paper sheets 1a, 1b to be used.
