Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an electrophotographic device capable of realizing simultaneous development and cleaning, while attaining the miniaturization of the device the prevention of deterioration is photoreceptor, and the extension of the life by preventing the deterioration of a photoreceptor.
CONSTITUTION: The device provided with the photoreceptor 1 comprising of the positively charged organism, the electrifying device 2, the exposure device 3, the developing device 4 of the non-magnetic one component developing system, the transfer device for transferring the visual image on the photoreceptor 1 to the recording paper by the transfer roller 8 held in contact with the photoreceptor 1 and the rotatable conductive roller member 9 for disturbing the transfer residual toner by rubbing over the photoreceptor 1, is constituted so that the conductive roller member 9 is applied with the voltage whose potential is lower than the potential of the photoreceptor 1 when the image recording area on the photoreceptor 1 is allowed to pass the conductive roller member 9 and the conductive roller member 9 is applied with the voltage whose potential is higher than the potential of the photoreceptor 1 when the non-image recording area on the photoreceptor 1 is allowed to pass the conductive roller member 9.
