Abstract:
To provide an electrophotographic image forming system that achieves both wear resistance and filming resistance of a photoreceptor.SOLUTION: In an electrophotographic image forming system of the present invention, a photoreceptor has a photosensitive layer laminated on a conductive support. The photosensitive layer has a charge generating layer and a charge transport layer. An outermost surface layer of the photosensitive layer contains specific polycarbonate, inorganic fine particles, and charge transport material. A toner particle contains a toner base particle and lubricant. The volume-based particle distribution of the lubricant has two peaks on a small particle diameter side and a large particle diameter side; the volume-based average particle diameter of the lubricant having the peak on the small particle diameter side is 3.0 μm or less; the volume-based average particle diameter of the lubricant having the peak on the large particle diameter side is larger than the volume-based average particle diameter of the toner base particle. The electrophotographic image forming system comprises a fogging toner supply mechanism that provides toner particles to a non-image area on the photoreceptor to supply the toner particles to cleaning means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
