In the electrophotographic image receiving paper sheet by coating both sides of base paper mainly consisting of natural pulp with a resin having film formation capability, a volume resistivity value of the base paper at 23°C/50 %RH is ≤1×1010 Ωcm and average roughness of a center surface on the side for forming an image after resin coating is ≤0.25 μm.
