Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the electron acceptor having an appropriate spectral absorption not expanding to the visible spectral band.

CONSTITUTION: A group of the novel electron acceptor is a thioether compound having two N-containing hetero rings represented by formula I in which each of Z and Q is, independently, an atom necessary to complete an optionally substituted N-containing hetero ring; each of T1 and T2 is, independently, an alkyl or cycloalkyl group or the like, each further optionally substituted; (q) is 1, 2, or 3; and each of (p) and (r) is 0, 1, or 2.
